wax,
this is one of the producers i like the most, check the interview i made for a radio in france.
(http://www.campuslille.com/index.php/la-grille-des-programmes/le-mercredi) from this thread: http://sp-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9410&start=15.
he's cool. the "one/three" album (not all the tracks) and the "two/three" one are very good albums of the 2000's.
i like also his techno house project, by now i forget the name...

Hands down one of my favorite producers. Dude is way musical yet uses really simple gear.

Wow! really? haha! Dabrye was fortunate enough to have worked with the late James Yancey. Don't tell me you don't know who Dilla is next... :/ hahaa! Check out "truffle no shuffle"

A friend of mine who lived in Detroit and knew Dabrye said he doesn't use hardware very much anymore, but mainly the PC. I don't know how true this is so don't take the info to heart.

i love his work as well... i think he does get overshadowed at times... especially with the roster of cats he gets down with on ghostly...
