a short stop motion video + soundtrack that just finished

A friend of mine had this idea of hosting a small short movie festival at his place in march and he wanted all of our friends to come up with some kind of short movie, regardless how it's made or which topic or style. So here's my entry:

I did the beat with Ableton Live plus my MPD26 and basically shot a thousand pics to arrange them into this. It's my first experience with AdobePremiere and stop motion longer than 10 secs.

The strange thing about that video is that two days before I went out to take those pictures my girlfriend decided to take her leave and when I came home shooting those pics she waited for me to tell me that her decision definite. Life's strange at times...

So, I don't want to ramble on, tell me what you think

I'll try to keep my head up as much as possible, though, and 'distract' me by being more productive and it actually works quite alright.

I literally just received a new camera (I borrowed the one I used to make that movie) half an hour ago and I'll try to do some more videos with it. I haven't actually planned to open up a real youtube channel but now that there's at least some folks watching this, I'm going to post my next works there as well

@ella: Stop motion basically means taking photos and merge them into a video just like shitty special effects in old monster movies. You take a figure and move it slightly, take a pic, move it a bit further, take shot and so forth...

i liked it too, mostly because i like side walks, all sorts of sidewalks, mostly smooth brick ones, i also like paint lines on cross walks that lead to smooth brick side walks.
