i was just out your way, north of cincinnati, and i gotta say the diggin out there was excellent, if you just take the time to check out small time dealers at flea markets and stuff like that you can find some killer stuff for cheap, i came across an ill collection of soundtracks from the late 60's early 70's, and every record was like 3-5 bucks, black soul stuff out there seems to be a dime a dozen, nobody wants to buy that stuff or something, jazz was a little harder to come by but i found a few solid places that had amazing cheap jazz, grabbed a solid copy of mwandishi by hancock for like 5 bucks with ease, i've been keepin my eye out for that one for a while now too, haven't even seen it let alone at a reasonable price.......oh shit, sorry i couldn't be more help with your question though, i actually can't even really check the sound your looking for cause of my dial up connection makes it obnoxious, maybe get out and buy some of those cheap records and you'll find what your looking for???? hahaha welcome to the forums!
