I have used this thing for years while djing for effects and thats it. I wanted to know if I could save samples on it and assign them to buttons up top. I know the kp3 can do this but can the KP2???

Yea I know those basic buttons but I wanna be able to store a sample and then retrieve at a later date like after its been unplugged and taken to a show. Is there a way to store samples for good on it?

With just 6 seconds of sampling time at non-adjustable 44.1, I can't imagine you would even need to recall samples. It's more of a looper function than it is a sample player.

I didn't think there was but had to ask you never know who may have tweaked something. Six seconds is plenty of time to make a looped sample for my I just wanted to record a sound in from my lappy or 404 and save it to one of the banks and ave it accessible when I travel to different gigs. Thanks for the input.
