I like necros beats, he really got good ear for samples and song structures. He plays lots of intruments too, guitar, bass, organ...

I guess this was a joke...

But most old school guys(beatmakers) started as a DJ.

Yeah, that is true for a lot of older cats...but It's innaccurate to be beyond DJing and still throw DJ in front of your name. Just something that bothers me. Drop the "DJ" and use it again when you're actually playing the role of a Disc Jockey.

Sorry, that was rude of me. But I'm sure you know what I mean. Checked out those tunes...pretty chill.

I'm really surprised this guys name never gets mentioned in here being that it's an [i]SP[i]forum. Jneiro Jarel is very nice on the 404 and rhymes as well. This is from his Shape of Broad Minds project where he plays himself as well as ficticious members Dr. who Dat? and Panama Black.

you had me confused - but Panama Black is actually an mc from Atlanta, not Jneiro Jarel alter ego

edit: pardon, i stand corrected by discogs (having been led astray by wikipedia) : P http://www.discogs.com/artist/Shape+Of+Broad+Minds

but good call though, he's def up there
