Do you know who your haters are?

Over the years everyone makes friends. But how many of those "friends" show a weird, unrelenting interest in your personal life? They can also show an uncomfortable fascination with what projects you are working on--asking a bunch of random questions that seem a little cynical. Perhaps they are someone you are making music with right now?!

I've found that an alarming amount of the people who are interested in my work have turned out to be haters for no relevant reason to me, personally. Most of these people I went to school with, grew up around, and some are even family members.

I choose to treat everyone equal. Sometimes I might share too much information about myself (confiding) with those who are around me. I know who I have told things to and can figure out where the information travels...especially now that facebook is something that everyone blabs shit on.

Knowing who your haters are is important for you to know...you don't wanna leak any information to someone who thinks poorly of you. I found that most of them will know each other and spread hate around to each other and anybody else who will listen.

For those of you who just don't care...good job. I'm almost at that level...but I'm still weeding out my haters from my facebook account who try to talk shit on my wall, LOL.

For those who do care, cheers! I think having haters means you're doing something right, and they just can't stand it...so they do every petty thing they can think of to make you look like something beneath them.

honestly, i have no idea, neither care. family is family and crew is crew. just do things for self and it will always be ok.

and being honest, everyone hates on someone in life for doing some shit, i know i can hold my hand up to that.
