 Post subject: copy drums ?

if you made a drum pattern can you copy the drum pattern to a other pad so you can add other samples on the same drums ??

on the sx, yes. you just hit the function button and hit pad 1 (copy) then pick the pattern to copy, then pick the pad to copy it to, then hit record.

on the regular 404, there is a lot more to it than that. I don't know the specifics.

You should read the manual to get the most from your sp.

But, if you want to add an effect to a sample, get out of pattern mode, and play the sample pad that you want to add an effect to, and then hit the effect button for the effect you want to apply.

by resampling, cause you can only use one fx at the same time, by resampling you fix the result. make sure to keep some pads empty and don't throw away the original.
you can resample and then switch the two pads, so you can have the new, resampled sound in the pattern you were building.

it's all in the manual.
