Just stumbled across a free program for the ESX (PC only), its a pretty kick arse way of doing backing ups. It also allows for arranging & (some) editing of your samples & patterns inside your computer too. Basically its a boost to the workflow. Don't know if I was the only one sleeping on this, thought it'd be worth sharing in case anyone else was.
Only catch is you'll need a smartmedia card & card reader for file transfers (as if you'd be seen dead without those extras).

For better or worse it won't turn your ESX into an SP though.

Re: One for the Electribe SX kids
being an esx nerd myself i can say if this program didnt exist i prolly would have worn out my main rotary knob a LONG time ago. chopping on the esx is alright but theres no mark button. anyway yea its a rad tool.
the new esx has the ability to use NEW memory cards! the catch is they dont stream off of the card like the sp's. so you can for sure have 32 gigs sitting in your memory card but the esx will still only handle the same amount of samples as before the update due to limited on board memory. nice update. :[
