SP606 Pads

I have a question..

How do you adjust the loudness of the Sp606 pad AFTER you record your sample? I just realize my sample is too loud and I can't adjust the loudness.. I've tried the FUNC + PAD Utility but that is only for adjusting before you record.. Any tips would be great Thanks

Easiest way might be exporting the sample(s?) through usb to your PC, import it into Audacity and adjust the volume.

Other than that, isn't changing the pad's loudness affecting every sample below that pad? If it's just one individual sample that too loud, you probably don't want to change the volume of other samples.

Anyways, these are just my 2cts as I don't own a SP 606, but a SP 555. Perhaps adjusting pads is different on your machine.

If the sample's too loud go to the 'sample parameter' screen and adjust the volume there. You want the sample to play at its loudest only when you hit the pad hard, not just when you tap it!
