You need an interface to record into ablenton just select/arm and audio track and press record.
and if youre trying to record into your 404 just use a rca to headphone jack
Just got Ableton to utilize with the 404...

Ableton is sick man the amount of effx it has is crazy. I used a demo/torrent and damn i was impressed I cant wait to buy the real deal. A lot of people diss software but in the end all of our favorite musician's stuff gets mixed in a computer. im open to anything that sounds good.
