i remember i asked you a while back about the effects and how to get around having to keep going to the master mix and change from insert record to insert master when sampling.
If you keep a track prep for record and your master mix on insert record, the mic/line channel will always have effects on it. Dont even worry about having the record button lit up, just have at least one track ready to record and insert record mode. i got tired of having to turn it to master mix and listen to the effects applied, then turn to sampling and set it to insert record, back and forth. this takes a few button presses away.
hope it helps.
hows your beats coming along anyways, i think im getting the hang of it, going back to basics and resampling and bouncing. i like multitracking but fuck it, as long as it sounds good. and ive been eq-ing everying before i sample with the mic/line eq and things sound nice and warm now getting rid of unwanted frequencies.
