glad you discove this guy.
he was the drummer of Napalm Death in the '80. after this experience he founded different projects/collaborations in electronic/jazz/grindcore style: the most famous of all is Scorn wich defined a mixture of dark/dub/electronics wich we can maybe consider as an anticipation of dubstep. this was in the '90. i think Scorn is still alive nowadays.
check also the project he made with bill laswell and john zorn.

you're wellcome.
i like to share history.
i like harris/scorn; napalm death (when justin broderick and nick bullen were in too) were good too...
i like to recall this band, napalm death, beacause 3 of them founded interesting (and visionary) projects in the '90:
Scorn=Harris+Bullen
Godflesh=Broderick
Broderick was part of Techno Animal with Kevin Martin (wich founded also The Bug and collaborated also with john zorn: the circle is closed)
very interesting project:

He did a couple projects under the name LULL and both of them are really crazy, deep bass ambient texture stuff, i used to fall asleep to it alot. also a creepy album under the name Weakener that has weird, sparse bassy beats you may like :)
