The Back Up CF, and what to write with

Ok, I usually back up song patterns on the SP, transfer from bank c to bank a, patterns that is.
I am thinking that it can be done with samples,
Past experiences have shown that when I load up patterns my a and b banks are re-filled with some old ass samples.

Can I back up patterns and samples into A and B,
I dislike transferring files to and fro the comp?
Like a hat on a1 delete it and just reload it


Also anyone know a good app for the iPhone to pitch adjust, this is the only pain in the ass thing about the spin my opinion, other than volume by that can be works on
