I was working on a new song on my SP, I shutted it down, put it on again 3 min later and almost all the samples I was working with (exept for 3) are dissapeared?!
How is this possible?

Re: Samples diappeared!!!?
a lot of times the memory card is to blame for stuff like this.. were the samples on the internal banks or on the memory card banks? also this may sound stupid but youre sure you werent accidentally working from two different banks right? because ive actually done that...
Re: Samples diappeared!!!?
I was working in the internal bank..
And I'm sure I wasn't on the wrong bank
Now it seems that one off the patterns has become unuseable, there's nothing on it and I can't record something new on it..

Re: Samples diappeared!!!?
Happened to me once, i accidentally unplugged the chord on my 404 as i was working. there is really no way to recover the info, and the card may actually be damaged internally. best to play it safe by never using it for anything important...
actually i just read it was on your internal memory... hopefully your sp is not damaged!

Re: Samples diappeared!!!?
maybe try updating or reloading the os or just reload the current os? shot in the dark but if it fixes the problem?
Re: Samples diappeared!!!?
Problem is solved, I seemed (for some weird reason) that there was a sample with no sound or anything recorded on that pad.. I just had to remove it and it works proper again.
Hope this is just a one-time thing.
and thanks for the advice anyway!
