By the way should we be expecting an electro album from you LoneStar?

For this one, I had to go with Lone Star. Kraftwork-like electro was nowhere near the flip that I would have imagined making with this song. Props for innovative use of the sample and the tones you've managed to coax from your SP.

Teewok definitely gets the honorable mention here; his track had great momentum and I liked how he used the vocal.

This was a hard choice.

My vote goes to gis! His drum work was the tie breaker for me.

Honorable mention to Lodger for the chops on that "Battle Cat" joint.

never take votes too seriously- its way difficult to respect all the beats you liked in this sort of all or nothing format. Personally, i think it might be a good idea from now on to have people rate all beats on a scale of 1-10 and a brief summary of the pros and con's with the highest being his or her vote. this way, the system still works and the other competitors have the benefit of constructive criticism.

Keep getting it in fam...This was my 1st SP battle, so I didn't expect any votes on account of my skill level with the 404(which is not very high, but I am still adjusting and willing to learn).
