Hi Forum,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a wave editor to chop up samples cleanly and with more precision than Garageband. I use Reason but I have been using Garageband on my mac to chop up songs from my iTunes, however you can go only so far with precision. I've used ProTools before and I love how accurate the editor is, where you can pinpoint the exact time where a wave form begins and ends. If anyone knows any cheap software or free software or you have any suggestions on how to use the sp to chop samples without any clicks, pops, etc. please let me know.

Wavosaur. Free too, and great. Even has professional features like batch processing and the likes.
