Recharging Batteries

Hello,

does anybody if the batteries are recharging when i keep them in the Sp404sx while connected to the power adapter?

Definite no. How could it detect if the batteries are rechargeable or not? It can't, and therefore Roland has to go the safe (and cheap) way. Simply too dangerous having the machine recharge non-rechargeable batteries. As an engineer, you always have to keep in mind the potential stupidity of customers.
