Eh man, Ive been thinking about getting komplete 6 as well. There is a great deal at nova musik. Like 800 bucks for komp 6 and Maschine. Works out to like an extra 300 bucks and you get maschine. Just thought I would let you know.

I see...Im returning my mpd32 i think and getting apc40. I already have ableton live 8 though, so i dont see the point of maschine. that is a nice deal though

I will say that maschine looks to be a very nice compliment to ableton. Abletons slice is ok, but the way maschine work with ableton dropping clip back and forth and the way mashcine chop looks amazing. I would check the video about the slice function for the new 1.5 upgrade.
