hey. just got a 303.

is there any way to select a sample without triggering it?

good question.
i don't think there is a way, but i can think abot a tip.
for example you can "prepare" the sample with very low volume (or 0 volume) and select it...but, this is not very useful if, for example, if you are a Djing or somethin, i know...

press and hold remain and select the pad you want, the only problem with this is that unless you have all the pads selected it will turn it on or off in terms of what effect you have on, so way you got a pad playin and its got vinyl sim on it but only a few pads do, then you go to select it with remain, you turn unselect it for having an effect on and you can hear the change in effect, way more noticable if you have a filter on it or something, but still, if you just have an effect across every pad this doesn't effect it
