E. Simon - I got that same Ikea lamp in my studio. I had two for both sides of my desk, but one broke and I didn't feel like buying a $7 bulb when the lamp was only $2 hahahaha.

whats that thing say mpc 8000, they went to fucking 8000. got dayuuum!!! and that piano app got some nice clear samples, sound really digital tho like all the apps. but that beatmaker one is nice with a multi track sequencer, 16 pads and fx. but its weird working with such a small screen. enjoy that piano app.

Hey springwater, that's the mpc 3000se. BEST MPC EVER MADE!! :D

I think it's kinda funny that you interpreted that he was testing out a "piano" app. What's he's really doing is testing out a panoramic photo app to show off his kickass studio.

I think we should make a separate thread for iphone/itouch music app reviews. I know beatmaker has been discussed already, but there are plenty of other appz out there.

I don't have new pic of this place (no cam), so look 2004/5/6 instead, looked more impressive anyways ;)

sorry, off-topic:

I been loving Rebirth, it is the full PC version on the iPhone - a direct port. amazing acid sounds

also, Hexatone for glitched up beat madness. and Noise IO for amazingly deep audio synthesis.

I have Beatmaker but think it is pretty shit - maybe i am missing something?
