Wow anyone else try indamixx?

Post by Cannonj »

Wow well i finally made a decision to stay away from the hardware and get something i could travel with and still be a complete studio so i got an indamixx netbook! Wow best investment i have made thus far second to the sp of course :) it comes with a ton of vsts and samples dj software, tools for your own radio station (which seem very easy to setup) this netbook is pretty powerful it records up to two tracks simultaneously which is all i need you can also use all of your vsts including fl studio and ableton live (just need wine or ubuntu) guys if you are looking for a completely portable strictly music production computer then this is it! take your netbook and favorite portable sampler and portable midi keyboard anywhere with u. Indamixx netbook retails at 549 and ships ready to use. Going to make some vids using some of the different programs once i know them really good.

here's the link if anyone wants to read about it

indamixx.com if you want to buy you have to go to amazon or musiciansfriend also the creator is a really nice guy u can call him during the day he will be upfront about everything and wont pressure u to buying anything. sp+indamixx netbook= a lot of options at a great price.

Does that Indamixx software run on any random laptop or PC as well?

I've got a Tablet PC (touchscreen and all) and am wondering if it would suffice for me to just buy the separate software. I'm not quite interested in buying another laptop, but the software looks pretty good to me from what I've seen so far.

Also... the list of confirmed gear to work is really really very slim. What are you using?

Hey Cannonj: I hope indamixx pay you well for that kind of hype!

Too bad the surface of their website wasn't initially clear what it is... Looks alright though, but one question:

Are all those programs free/open source or are any licensed from their makers?
