did anybody back up their pre-installed patches?

before you upgraded your memory on the mv-8800? i didnt think to do it and now my patches folder is empty. if you have them would it be possible to pass along a copy to me?

You mean all the drum kit presets? Well no, I didn't backed them up when I putted in the 512RAM, but when I powered the MV up the preset patches were still there.

I erased everything later but I do have the sounds on cd-rom that Roland provides. I'll have to find it though, maybe I can zip it to you later when I get home.

Yo Ill Green, I know this is an old thread but any chance you could inbox me the factory patches for 8800. I got one yesterday and the previous owner deleted everything. The mv8800 is a true beast comming from a sp606 I'm blown away with features don't know it took me so long to get one. Cheers
