MPC 2000xl
so i'm messing with this mpc 2000xl i just got and im noticing that when i sample in, i am only hearing sound out of my left head phone..thought? headphones are plugged in the headphone jack, and im sampling out via analog mode, a y-cable, and rca to "1/4 connectors....is there a setting, am i doing something wrong? let me know if you have any suggestions

probably the 1/4'' connectors, mine screw up all the time. cus i keep buying shitty cheap ones and losing the goodones!!

donno how it worx on the 2000xl but on the 1k w/ JJ you can sample stereo, mono-left, mono-right. maybe you are only sampling in with a mono-left or whatever.

When youre recording the sample you have to change your mode to "mono L" or "mono R" depending where you pluged in the jack example if you pluged it in the right side it should be set to "mono R" im sure you figured it out by now.
