is there? ive always heard about auto chop but no manual chop

You could do it that way, but yeah, not really a 'manual chop'.

No mark button = no manual chop.

Like 606man said, there is the sample loop edit. You could copy the sample using the clipboard function and truncate each one individually, but it would be quite tedious...

I dont have the 606 yet but if i were u I would jus sample each piece I wanted to each pad then edit what you hsve....

Or you can just edit the results of the autochop. The 606 has quite good sample editing facilities, so it's pretty easy.
