sorry man, you can't save them to card

your best bet is to record them into your PC
use a program such as Audacity
record the beat in, then save as an mp3

do you have a line in on your computer? if it's a factory soundcard it may be a bit of a rough recording and not sound very crisp. a decent soundcard could be a good investment

You need to reecord your beats to your program ie;audacity through the line in jack on your computer or through an usb audio interface, and no you can't get the data from the card and import them into a program.

I record my shit with a phillips CD recorder, then put the CD in the drive and rip it. It would probably be cheaper and save a little time to do what DR and drew said.

Check out the griffin iMic. I use it and get better results with that than my old M-audio firewire solo ! Just dont record anything live with it. Latency is terrible.

I record all my beats through the line in on my macbook, If I had a cheap PC with a shitty sound card I wouldn't try it though.

There are good sound cards for under 50 bucks though...

Look at RME for firewire/usb or pc card type soundcards...they are really good, save up and get one

steinberg licensed RME to make "Nuendo" soundcards..basically rebadged RME's that you can find a little bit cheaper
