Sp 404 resampling

Hi,
i am planning to get a sp 404 but does the sp 404 also resample the changings of effects while resampling?

would be nice if you can help

Yep, it does. You can do all kinds of stuff while you resample, hitting multiple pads, chose effects and all that.
