If you can use a plug adaptor depends on the country's power - is it 220 or 240V? or is it 110 / 120 V?
If it's different voltage -
you can buy a power supply from an electronics store -
look at the original one's 'output' specification - it will be
number of volts (V)
amount of current ( mA or A )
With volts it must be exactly the same,
with current you need the same or you can use MORE than what the original one says. not less though.
So you go in and you find a power supply that has the right specifications, it should cost about like 10-20 USD
