I just got this Fostex MR-8 for the test use but i dunno how to hell i can sync it with my 404 thru midi.. any kinda help is appreciated!

k now i figured that out.. having another prob. lol!! How can i change the tempo of the drum beat im playing with fostex? can't do it in 404.. it says "mid" when i try to change tempo values.

k.. everything else is crystal clear now except how to hell im supposed to record my patterns to fostex? I mean the SP is connected through midi and it works nicely both ways but how im able to send any kinda signal to fostex cuz it doesn't have RCAs?? Fostex has 1/4'' stereo outputs tho.. should i buy this cable?
