hey does anyone here know of any software that i guess allows you to mangle video much like you can mangle audio in a sampler or with vsts and whatnot?

also, does anyone know of any rca to usb thingies to sample vcrs and whatnot? i looked at best buy and online, but couldn't find much

youll need a video card with an input plug to get video into the comp.

there are lots of video mangling programs around, i dont know of any names though.
