Lo Fi Processor?

Post by YoungHeat »

What do you guys think of this? does it really make ur sounds sound like 12 bits or 8 bits? Can u pick ur bitrate? or do you eq it to make it sound that way? Can u even make things sound old school like they came from a sp1200 or a akais900/950?

I generally go for a cleaner sound - however this board has taught me the merits of raw, lofi sounds!!

Use the lofi processor with a compressor (you have a couple of choices here, basic compression, master compressor, vinyl sim compressor) to get the best results. You can make things sound like they came from an old sampler, the TV, records etc.

The lofi works well. use it alongside the compressor on the vinyl sim and WOW!
