that shit pisses me off soo much, cause in trying to fix it you can mess up so many other things that are right about it, like off of a sudden your drum pattern is soundin goofy, or the transitions into other patterns are then fucked, i mean, just use your head and try to think about how you could make it work out, but don't mess too much stuff up, alot of the time it sounds way worse to you cause you been listenin to it for hours, i have beats that i sometimes hate because they just sound a little outta wack to me, but i made the beat from scratch you know, i've heard all the chops and how they are in relation to the original and shit, so all the little subtlies of the beat stand out like crazy, give it some fresh ears and they might think its ill as fuck!!

One thing I find useful if a 2 or 4 bar loop isn't fitting right in the sequencer is to put it on gate, hold down at the 1st downbeat and release it a split second before or right at the same time as the last snare hit. That way it won't try and fit that list little piece that was most likely looped imperfectly, it can be really hard to make a perfect loop but you can use some tricks or just not use loops at all. Experiment and see what fits how you like to work and lets you achieve what you hear in your head on speakers.
