sampleswap.com
you can add a bunch of loops to a folder and when your done they will email it to you instantly and you'll have a zip folder of the files you selected, or you can download em one by one, they got a bunch of stuff from classic breaks to drumloops to instrument loops.
cratekings.com
has about 300 famous breaks.
there are so many sites with breaks just do a search but these 2 ill get you started.

Most websites and torrents that have break collections are horrible quality. You will spend more time searching for good ones and trying to boost up sound/quality when you could just dig for some in the first place (vinyl, cassette, VHS). I spent a whole year using shitty breaks and I always wondered why my drums sounded weak..... I learned the hard way.

yeah, they sampled M.A.S.H. and all those army shows from back then, full metal jacket n shit. they was hot back then. WU aint doing it too big right now, at least for me. everything sounds so mainstream. its weird to listen to a hip hop album produced in the early 90's then hear some shit today and how gay todays music is. i know times change but good music shouldnt and people forgot about the creative aspects of being an individual rapper and how to be as different as possible, now everyone strives to appear similar. same beat formats, same high pitched soul samples. uh.....
disappointed at alot of the music of today.

This is why

http://copyrightcriminals.com/about.html

Reminds me of weed, it was all fun and everything until people realize they can make money off it  , than it became ILLEGAL!!!!!!!

Great Documentary I really like how Eyedea and Abilities personified sampling saying its like having an ultimate band Bootsy on Bass, Art Bakely on Drums etc.,

I use to think that Digging is an Art in itself Anthropology if you will.

Now, its all drum kits, Click and Load.

Well where there is a Will there is always a way, Sampling Renegade.
