i ve never been this pleased with a gear choice.

if you are thinking of getting one of these and you already use a 505 you will love this thing.
people say its like an mpc but its really nothing like an mpc.

not yet. I used the s20 as a pitching, editing, looping and aranging sketch pad for the 505 with dope results. that's how I have the 606 set up. it's great. I need to get some kind of small mixer.

can anyone recomend a decent sounding mixer with at least 8 inputs

i swear by my yamaha 10 channel mixer - in the MG series. it's been the centre of my setup for years, no problems, no fuzz, no colouring the sound - and it gets dusty and worked within reason. they make 12 channel models, and ones with fx too (i wanted no on-board effects).

yamaha make solid shit sometimes.
