used, but luckily I have the reciept from the original store... it was bought 22nd of january this year

yeah, but only sometimes...
and also sometimes when I accidently push another buttom while using the mark function - the sound of the pads will be extremely distorted almost to the point where there's no sound...

that blows...I had issues with mine that were very strange as well. Send it to Roland, they'll fix it up right quick....atleast they did with mine. Good luck.
