How good is everyone's taste here? Sixtoo, Dalek, Boards of Canada, Autechre, J Dilla, Radiohead, Doom, Mastodon... All gold!

This was a pretty damned good decade, anyone notice as time went on how things got splintered and weird? Look at how dubstep's mutating- wonky, funky, brostep etc. The future's bright for the underground/alternative/real/creative stuff & the mainstream's just getting blander & more convincingly bad.

Honorable mentions:
Dungen 'Ta Det Lugnt', DJ Shadow 'The Private Press', Isis 'Oceanic', Mogwai 'Mr Beast', Boris & Michio Kurihawa 'Rainbow', Jaylib 'Champion Sound', Techno Animal 'The Brotherhood of the Bomb', Jesu 'Jesu'...

Metallica 'St Anger' for best comedy album.
Weapons: SP-606, 404SX, 404mk2
Soundcloud - Bandcamp 1 - Bandcamp 2

hey d00d! (ive been in a videogame binge for a while :| winter kills my music love )

yea its definitely the same band. i saw them at a rinky dink (christian*)straight-edge venue in my small town a longgggggg time ago. everyone went NUTS. people were sweaty and falling down all over the place because it was like an orgiastic mosh dance hybrid

i couldn't find any trace of them after that, and now i know why!!(name change) thanks ella!

looks like they broke up though... :( they were really ahead of the game, they certainly could have made some $$$$ if they got the right exposure.

*sad and funny anecdote: the owners name was also christian and would review bands lyrics before they played. he would ban any anti religous songs or bands even though the venue primarily had hardcore and metal bands :?: :?:
needless to say it shut down

i think they (or 2 of them) formed Supersystem, a band with a not-bad album (maybe 2?)...and, yes, if dischord records weren't only an indie label maybe they would have been more knew...

You can't live in the 90's forever. Music has to change and advance, this lack of change is whats killing hip hop. Dabrye's Two/Three was probably one of the best beat/rap albums to come out in a long while. If you don't have it YOU NEED IT!!!!
