Can't record chopped Samples

? i can record patterns from the preset banks, but not from the chop bank? can somebody show me how?

unfortunately for some reason you cant sequence the samples from that bank. You gotta copy the samples to the clipboard and add them to a regular bank

what do you mean, "chop bank"?

when you activate autochop on the 505 the choped samples are placed into 2 banks called the "chop bank" then you distribute those samples ne where u want on the machine with the marvelous clipboard feature. (same as del+cancel on 404 except its 1 button and you can move 16 samples at a time)
