Looking for an MPC 2000XL

Post by jonwayne »

Don't worry, I'm not going to stop using the 404 or stop putting out 404 beat tapes. In fact, I have 2 that I need to upload for you guys. I'm simply looking to add this sampler to my setup so I can have a more varied palette in which to vomit my fingers on.

This is a selfish question to ask, but is there anyone here who's looking to get rid of their 2000xl that would sell theirs to me for a tad cheaper than usual? I'm kinda low on funds but with christmas coming up I should be able to get one. And if you know my music, you know it will be put to good use. Holla back if you have one rotting in your closet or something.

no picture and you'll have to pay shipping and sales tax, but you could give them a call ask them about it (8 outs? efx card? lines in the screen? max memory?) <-all questions I would ask and then they might give you free shipping if you ask as well.

plus I think you have 15 days to send it back if you don't like it...

this might sound odd, but if you find one: make sure that it doesn't freeze when you spin the data wheel too fast.
