how long is each beat?

the beats with intro, verse, chorus, bridge elements should form an EP or LP

but with the looser, unformed beats you should def make a mix, match them by tempo and pitch and create an ill head-noding tape mix

for inspiration, refer to IIIII's owl worship joint...those beats match lovely

I wouldn't do it as one file.. That would be a mistake... Maybe you could clump some things together... but I don't see why anyone would complain about 70 different beats... CD format is dead...if u got 70...i say post 70

I would say pick the best 10 and make an EP. Or several EP's. Like if you have 10 tracks that are laid back...thats an EP.......10 old school bangers...thats an EP. The paradox of choice is too much, 70 is overwhelming, small doses and they will get noticed.

cosign. personally i was thinking of releasing my tracks in groupings of 3-5. one thing to think about is the overall length especially if its a one track mix, (you can always do a seemless blending thats split into tracks), your beats are dope but i dont know that im listening to an entire hour of anyones music, even my favorite artists  just my 2 cents

Hey, Sarge
Don't go off making dozens of beats at once.
One word of advice...dReally put time into each beat. I'm serious, you run out of samples quick that way, and you don't want to go remaking beats...
Just a word of advice, man ;)

just pace and 'market' the releases! like bridge was saying finding themes of 10 or so tracks is probably a good starting point

I would compile it into beat compilations of at least 3 minutes per track and then make a couple of tracks. That means not repeating the same beats, but just something as a showcase.

I don't think anyone should expect people to listen to ALL their beats. One beat they're not feeling will stop them listening, but it's actually a clever way of getting people to listen to more of your music when each song has different flavors in it.

Just be sure to give it a proper name (and uhm marketing so to speak) so people will know what to expect.

70 beats right, heck some artist might listen and steal one for their AAA song they'll put out next year. ;) Good luck man, either way it's your choice.
