this video is very "smart", crushed and mashed and it explain well(it is well married to) the sounding noise loops...
do you know what software (or other) he used to do that?

Looks like it coulda been footage taken with a circuitbent camera or other such device. Some grimey ass noise your making there, the song itself is prime for sampling.
