Powering SP-404 On A Daisy Chain

Post by breathingsounds »

Forgive me if this is a little bit amateur-ish of a question. Could you attatch a daisy chain to the adapter that comes with the SP-404?
I've got a couple of pedals and my SP-404. I've found that I can power my pedals with the power cord that I got with my SP-404. One of the pedals doesn't work in a pedal chain with just a battery, so I was wondering if I could get a daisy chan, attach it to the adapter on the 404 power cord, and power my 404 plus my pedals?
Also, the pedals will work with 300ma max, and the adapter on the 404 doesn't seem to say how much ma it puts out, does anybody know how much?

current is the other way around,

a device only draws what current it needs, but the power supply can only supply up to it's maximum output rating.

think of it like this:

devices 'suck' current out of the power supply, rather than the power supply pushing current into the devices
Samples.
