SP606 power supply specs?

SP606 power supply specs?

DC input? Voltage?

I am wondering if it could be batteryized (battered? :lol: )

9 volts but 2A which means it would suck the batteries in less than an hour,or you could try a car battery with an adaptor(too heavy!)

Is the 2A written on the power supply or is it on the sp-606 itself?

power supplies are usually able to provide more current than is actually used so hopefully thats the case.

Also is it 9VDC or 9VAC?

it's DC and the 2A is on the power supply...you are right...the manual says 1A!
