anyone good at photoshop?
i neeed some help im making something and i want it to look like there is vinyl in a sleeve...like the circle from the wear? anyone know how i could possibly do this...make it look like an old record sleeve?

just grab a pic like this ...

and color over the text of the record inside the sleeve (use that eyedropper looking tool to match the color).. then add ur own text?

In other words.. sample a picture of the record, and lay sum drums (text) over it lol

or take a picture of a sleeve u already have.... get a separate pic of the record u wanna use.... lay the sleeve on top of the record (the record would be the background).. then select the hole of the sleeve and delete it

if not, you could photograph a white sleeve which has the type of wear you want, then put that on seperate layer over your original image, then set the layer opacity to about 50%. might work.....kind of.

yeah been trying not like the sleeve i dono what the called. the origanal album covers the hard cover cardboard lol thanks for the replies going to try all the versions you posted ill post a pic up soon!
