feel like making music fills that void in your life? or like just makes you feel so complete...like when your hitting those pads and you hear it...you just cant stop but smile. dono just thought i would share some love. no homo.

yes i feel like that sometimes. i feel that art in general fills that "void" in my life. i am quite a technical person and the chaos and unpredictable nature of art just conjures up something inside me. it just makes me excited. a lot of times i listen to a piece of music or am just looking at a photograph or painting and i feel like the world has melted away.

other times i can listen to my own loops for ages and just feel so intrigued and amazed that i created it. not that i'm a great musician or anything (quite the opposite) but sometimes it's so cool to listen to your own music and think "wow i made that".

that reminds me of my latest Track YupYupYop...after getting done, I listened to it about 6X in a row(analysing it)...I always do that to hear any stuff that I think might not fit right since I play all my patterns live...funny thing was though, after listening to it the 1st time, I thought...oh no...what the heck did I do there....then after the 3rd, I thought what the heck did I do there but with a grin on my face..and thought "wow i made that". ....music was my 1st love and it will be my last, music of the future and music of the past
