we should trade. I have several samplers but no mc/electribe type cool ass synth drum machines. and what's cool is you have all the the modules that i think are quality. But your mixer is WAY better than mine. like the emx (with the tube) and those are two of the four coolest mc's you can buy imo (i also like the mc-808 and the mc-202). not that i wouldn't rock any mc if i could find it for that right price, knawhamean!

i do have a boss dr-202. it doesn't program nicely though. I've been trying to use some synths on my ipod or the pc but i can't make them sound great with ease like the electribes do! so yeah nice little set up.

jaylost yours is quality too. how many computers do use?

@ JBL: it´s not the machines that do the music...it´s the person. What I´m trying to say is nomatter how or with what u make ur music...just do it the best u can and with what u have.
Back to the program...I´m not really a fan of the 808 cause there is one very important part missing: THE KNOBS
other than that...I know my MC´s but still learning on the EMX cause I just bought it last week...brand new for 390,- instead of €555,-...watched alot of youtubes on that machine so....now I got it and also trying it out...well sofar all 3 grooveboxes fit perfectly

awwweeeeee...

well it´s true: you make music with your heart..it´s a "feel" thing, not a "how big your studio is". Am I right or am I right?!

I´m just a groovebox junky :P

The rubber band and the stick are your guitar and the spray can is your percussion section, that's practically a whole band to me.

Here's my current!
Really happy with it, although at teh moment I can only sequence the blofeld via the arpeggiator it's still pretty useable!

The reverb and delay pedal are running parallel off a send so i can control either one's mix.... it's not quite ideal.. I'd like to have reverb + delay on each channel individually.. at the moment I need to have them at 100% wet, but I can't delay the reverb, or reverb the delay.. I can also set it up as one into the other, but then i only get reverb on the delay tail not the original sound.. argh! It's annoying. I can use the mixer's built in rever as well though and that one does go on properly.. I need some magic cross-routing or something, or just to decide on a channel and put the reverb on an insert for that one channel.

Up the back you can see my work-in-progress DIY sequencer! :)

looking good man!

all very compact and hands-on reachable; sort the pedal routing out and finish your seqeuncer and that'll be a deadly rig
