Yo ! me and my boy talked about doing this for a while in am emcee/dj typa way. I was gonna rock my portable turntable with the 404 and he was gonna spit to what I was doing. I got a battery powered boom box that would do the trick :)

They just don't make 'em like they used to anymore. The old ones from back in day had enough jacks and controls on them to make them almost like portable recording studios. Of course they weighed like 10 tons and required 200 D cell batteries to operate.

i think a cool way to do this would be to get a ghetto blaster with rca ins. you would look more better all retro and shit and you don't really need the 1/4" jack on a portable guitar amp.
