hey guys i just got a sp 505 and was wondering how you could set the pads to cut each other off. like the mono function of the mpc...

you mean the mute group? i got an mpc and a remix16.
this is not possible with any sp i think.

not possible on the 505. yr best workaround is to make the samples 'gate' and cut them off / switch them manually when you sequence them.

thanks for that warm welcome... yea i just got a used sp 505 for 200 bucks... it was a gift from my girl... i cant use it until friday though cuz thats our anniversary date... but come saturday i will be on the sp 505 heavy,so ill be on here alot, with alot of questions.. thanks guys...

she felt i deserved something i really wanted after spending the last 3 years together... i originally wanted a sp 303 but couldnt find one...
