Why the name change? You could always just make an additional identity. I have a new persona every second week.

+1

I'd say stick to Hurling Dervish. But make sure you're getting some more publicity. Your name is pretty unique, right? First result in Google is your MySpace page.

I'd stick with it!

i'm glad i changed my name from spacey to my real name kel, but there's something to be said for having one identity you can remember.

"Earthbound" would be a sicck name to go with lol....Hmmm maybe if you explain the idea behind the name "Hurling Dervish", we might have more clues for another name to give you

whirling dervishs are a group of sufi's in the middle east and iran/turkey specifically
they spin around and around in a sort of monk/dress outfit with a funny hat

they think the process brings them closer to god...

i think its just something that came up during a long discussion on mushrooms...maybe...the memory is hazy. i am actually not really sure where it came up or when, because that was a crazy time in my life :D

i kept it around cause of the way the image of the dervish imprints in your mind
but the whole minor wordplay seems cheesy to me...who knows.
