i realize that i made a bad crappy mix of my track...that's what it means to make the final mix (and the recordings) only with headphones...the reality: no place for playing/recording with clearly loud volume (my house is a mess, new babe arriving, the phucking cellar is not still ready to make a "studio", and s¨^t like that...)...but that's it. i cannot made a remix beacaus the sistuation will stay tha same for some weeks, so...

ok guys, after breaking your balls with my life, i will tell you that this OC4 is not bad at all.
good tracks were posted.
ok, also not good tracks, but that's not the point :) .

what i personally preferred this tyme:

dibiase: this tyme your track captured me. nice.(personal thing: dibiase is a nickname or is your family name? i ask that beacause in italy dibiase is a family name)
HD:this rocks
jwayne, teewok and wundrkut: nice job guys, i think some of you use the 303 beast also...but maybe i'm wrong. love that special feeling you put in.

but, sorry again, a special mention go to phemox:
man, for the very first tyme i really like a track from you in his totallity. from the beginning to the end. cool nice and collected work. MV rules!

...now it's hard for me to vote.
but saying that, i end here to break your balls :) .

cheers

ps

destroy my track!!!!

Thanks ellaguru, I appreciate that. Yeah, I guess this beat was more hip hop and coherent than most I've made.

I'm going to give all those beats a spin and check back with some comments. It's good to see people like the Open Challenges too. 8)

1)i voted for Dibiase1
good epic atmospheres.

2)HD & Phemox second place= good work HD, maybe is the first hiphoppish drums like i ever heard in your battle/OC; Phemox, your "scifi" atmospheres sounded good to my ears.

cheers

damn i appreciate the love on the beat. i havent been near a comp the past few days but i peeped alot of the joints. my fav was teewok's beat threw the jay z sample in and liked the chop of the guitar riffs alot. wundrkut had the smooth joint i liked that one alot. hd flipped the voice as the intro plus nice build up of the track. count sierackula very dark feel to the joint dope. ellaguru i liked the lo fi feel to ur beat and that was u on the voice. dope it kinda reminded me of mista dabolina by del just the voice.lol very creative. oh and the dibiase name originally is from the wwf character. everyone calls me db for short b4 and i was like the million dollar man ted di bi ase. i just went with that.lol

thanx for your appreciation, but unfortunately that's not the mixed i wanted, it's a crappy mix (drums overmixed, synths inhexisting, too weird voc)i made only with ableton live+headphones 'cause, as i said, in this moment where i live is a total mess so i cannot use speakers or monitors, so...
...anyway, thanx for the comparison with del-tha-funkee-homosapiens, i didn't tought at him when i recorded "my vocals" ("my noises" is maybe better :) ). he had made part also of Deltron 3000 project and Gorillaz (indie hop/rock) project?

what you said is damn funny if you are american...

WWF used to be the World Wrestling Federation(or something else F)

but then 20 years later World Wildlife Foundation gets off their lazy ass and decides they cant use that name anymore and sue WWF to change their name

the wrestlers are now WWE whatever the hell E stands for....
