yeah this is really stupid. I'm relativly new to this forum and it's such a constructive creative place. no hate no bad vibes and then this shit pops up multiple times. I was just pissed at the fact that dude came in talking shit right from the start and then scoffed at me when I sugested he enter a beat then started in with others who were just curious as to why he was being such a fuck. then dude drops a beat, describes how he made it, allows it to go to the polls...
??!!?

yeah I'm done.

i think the main problem with all these kids that were talking their little ish-they're too young, inexperienced, and unschooled in both hip hop and the life i came from to even comprehend what i try to convey with each word.hip hop god?i got a 20 track album about having no self esteem-after having it stripped from me like my dignity by the system.why am i 35 making beats in my living room?first of all-when i'm 85 i'll be doing the same-will all of you?i do this because i love music,period-no alterior motives.i coulda sold much more copies of my last release if i chose--i was more interested in sitting at the crib creating more music than trying to network & promote.my shit still eventually sold out on cdbaby though-gh i sold maybe 150 copies, gave about another hundred away-made a big mistake by not doing the simple task of putting my shit on i tunes or other such outlets.but-to me,its a sucess to even have that many people touched in some way by your music.second of all-i spent almost my entire 20's in some kind of institutional setting-from jail,to state hospitals,to group homes,to homelessness--some of it was of my own doing--most of it wasnt.while my peers just lived, some even achieved some success and fame in this shit.in other words,to quote nas-guess i'm still in my second childhood-and i'll always be in it.and who's better than to talk to kids about the traps of street/criminal life than a 35 year old golden age head that lived that shit, but refuses to glamorize it,so young heads dont take the same routes?but seriously--thanks for adding wood to my fire-my pens been mad busy the last week.oh diabase--when you think kc-forget tech nine and the chefs--but always remember my people heet mob(signed to chuck d's label),miles bonny, and the infamous joc maxx(google that name,if you google anyone)not to mention MAD other emcees and producers as good if not better than ANY cats across the globe that havent got a chance to shine...and yo,we've all opened for people man,so what? get your glory.

Nice site, ormo. Did you make it yourself, or is LAPS RECORDS some underground label?

Hey come on now, I don't think adru tried to stab anyone with his explanation. Doesn't mean I agree with his attitude in the 55th Battle, but it does explain a few things.

Thank you. I appreciate you did that. 8)

(also, I didn't mean to sound like a jerk there to you there either, it was never meant personal... but you know, it's always easy to kick a man when he's down. All I'm saying. ;) )
