Yes, I actually also got some new midi cables now too, so I can get cracking working with both together again.

I have a good video camera now too, so I don't got any excuses not to make a video hahah. I'll try to make one soon!

I'll shoot some pictures too as I get back to my crib.

anxiously awaiting...cause I´m thinging about expanding a bit...dunno if the 808 is my "ringsding" cause of the lack of knobs and has to be hooked to a puter....but now a daze I do alot od stuff from home so...actually I want 3 things...a real tr-909, a 808 or a Yamaha RS-7000 and a SP-606

then I should be satisfied for the next 6 months till I want a Quasimidi Raven and a Electribe EX or something...well anyway would be cool if you did a vid with ur MV and 808

Upcoming week is going to be busy times for me, but after that yeah I suppose could make a video I think. :)

I think the knobs don't really matter the world, as the sliders are sort of the knobs for FX and so on. It's still all pretty tweakable. I haven't even touched the PC program by the way, but from what I've read and seen so far, it's meant for deep sample and patch editing purposes mostly. Not stuff you'd do every time in most cases.

But as mentioned elsewhere on this forum, I'm very much an MC-808 newbie still. I know the MV a thousand times better.
